Sheet Piles
At Elite Sheet Piling, we understand that every project has unique requirements. That’s why we work with all types of sheet piling materials, giving you the flexibility to choose the best option for your site conditions, budget, and design goals. Whether it’s the strength and durability of steel, the versatility of vinyl and composite systems, or the natural resilience of timber, our team has the expertise to supply and install the right solution.
By offering a full range of materials, we ensure you’re never limited to a single option. Instead, we focus on what truly matters—delivering reliable, cost-effective, and long-lasting results that stand up to the toughest demands.
H-Type (H-Beam) Piles
Wide-flange piles with high load-bearing capacity, often used for deep foundations and heavy structural support.
U-Type Sheet Piles
Classic U-shaped profile offering strong structural support, commonly used for quay walls, cofferdams, and retaining walls.
Z-Type Sheet Piles
Z-shaped profile with high strength-to-weight ratio, ideal for deep retaining walls and heavy-duty marine applications.
Trench Piles
Steel sheet piles installed to support trench excavations, providing safe and stable walls during utility works, pipelines, and other underground installations.
Timber Groins
Coastal protection structures built from timber piles, designed to reduce beach erosion by interrupting water flow and capturing sand along the shoreline.
Steel Tube Piles
Hollow circular piles offering high strength and load-bearing capacity, commonly used in marine works, deep foundations, bridges, and offshore structures.
Jagged wall
AZ Jagged Wall Sheet Piles are designed for strength, durability, and efficiency in challenging ground conditions. Their interlocking profile provides exceptional stability, water tightness, and load-bearing capacity, making them ideal for retaining walls, cofferdams, flood protection, and marine structures. Engineered for faster installation and long-term performance, AZ sheet piles deliver reliable solutions across civil, rail, and waterway projects.
Corner Profiles
E22
An E22 corner profile is a specialised, hot-rolled steel section used as a corner connector or clutch bar in steel sheet piling systems. It features an interlocking shape designed to connect adjacent sheet piles at a 90-degree angle, forming a continuous, sealed, and stable structure for temporary works like retaining walls, foundation pit support, and cofferdams.
E20
An E20 corner profile can refer to an aluminium truss corner for event stages or a steel sheet piling clutch bar used to create corners and junctions in retaining walls and cofferdams.
Omega
An Omega corner profile piling is a specialised steel sheet pile interlock used to create 90° to 135° internal corners in steel sheet pile walls and cofferdams. Unlike straight sections, these connectors have an Omega-shaped profile that allows them to interlock with compatible sheet piles, forming a continuous, watertight wall with a specific orientation of the pile’s “pan”
VTS
A VTS is a specialised hot-rolled steel section used to form 90° (or other angled) junctions in a steel sheet pile wall. These profiles provide the necessary connection between straight sheet piles where the standard interlocks would otherwise be insufficient or unable to accommodate a change in direction.
